Ladies and Gentlemen! I am proud to announce that The Minstrel: A Legend’s Redemption has just been officially released!
After four years of blood, sweat, tears, and hard work, this project has finally produced a 146,395 word novel, coming in at a whopping 62 chapters over 555 pages! This book is gonna be 1-1/4″ thick, people!
If you can’t tell, I’m really excited over here.
Well, let’s take a look, shall we?
What would you do with a second chance?
Levi’s life has been a saga of pain and regret. Forced into his uncle’s band of thieves at the age of eighteen, he spirals down a dark path until he can’t take anymore and flees.
Joining a group of traveling minstrels, Levi must carefully navigate his new double-life and never let on to his dark past—a past which haunts him closely.
With both the law and its enemies pursuing him, will Levi ever be able to find redemption and be at peace?
The Minstrel: A Legend’s Redemption is officially available in paperback format on Amazon.com and (I think) all the associated Amazon sites for those of y’all who ain’t from the good ol’ US of A. The Kindle version should be available for pre-order for it’s official release on July 1st. You can also find the book on Goodreads, so make sure to add it to your reading lists.
Wow. Finally being done with the book that I’ve been working on for the past four years is quite the experience. I feel excited, but at the same time it doesn’t feel real. I don’t have any physical copies yet, so I don’t have any tangible evidence that it’s actually done. It’s also become kinda a weekend hobby for me instead of a full time endeavor, so it feels a little flat compared with my last release. I also have a sense of “Now what?” I’ve been in the business of writing The Minstrel for so long, now that it is over, I don’t know what to do with the rest of my life. Maybe I’ll write another book or three sometime, although that is unlikely.
Anyway, I have a favor to ask of y’all, at least those of you who have blogs. I don’t think I’ll be able to do an official blog tour this time, but if you have a blog and want to post about the release, feel free to contact me and I’ll be happy to assist you in any way you need. In the past we’ve done Author Interviews (or Mission HQ Interviews), Book Spotlights, Book Reviews, and even Book Character Interviews. Let me know if you’re interested.
If you’re not interested, or if you don’t have a blog, please head over to Goodreads and add the book to your “to read” shelf, buy the book on Amazon, and leave a review if you can. As an indie author, I am dependent on your reviews to get the word out about my books so THANK YOU to everyone who reads and reviews my work. You guys are the ones who make it so I can keep doing this.
I’m so grateful to God for the opportunity to finally release this book, and my prayer is that it would be a tool for His glory to advance His Kingdom. I’m super excited to let this book hit the market and hope you all will enjoy it!
